In retrospect, this is the only leak that is true. We had something like this in Melee where every character was leaked as well. I guess it holds true that out of thousands of leaks, there is bound to be a true one.

its crazy how this was actually true.. i still get disappointed when i think about the fact that Brawl only has 35 PCs.. but i cant complain (3 more days!!) |

It did bother me, until i realized that the point of brawl wasnt to add more characters and modes, it was to fine tune the smashbros series. |

And I guess Sakurai didn't really want to flood it with characters. That's the whole point of creating pokéballs and ats. It's actually great that we learned of the roster even before we started receiving the "real" leaks.

if you read the thread , you'll see that ROB was indicated as the character from starfox , and that's not the one that was displayed . also , i don't see how you can claim that he figured anything out . |

And you forgot to mention: It doesn't count as an obscure, old-school character if it was on IGN's Smash It Up!  I'm gonna start working on that "how to make a good fake roster" advice thing now. Just so any further fake rosters are somewhat amusing. These are my words on this leak from when it came out. I am going to eat them now. |
