I was just going through a lot of the tournies, and it made me realize how much I miss them. I miss getting really nervous before the tourney, and my heart beating fast whenever I was in the finals. And the competitive yet fun matches. The wait in between the monthly tournies seemed to never end. I miss wondering who would win that month, or who would end up on my team. Even though I missed a lot of tournies, especially team tournies, the ones I got to play in were tons of fun.
I remember thinking about proposing the idea of a tournament history or something. Like a list of the monthly sp single and team tourny winners. What character they won with or used, the 2nd place person/team and their character(s), and whatever else we could put on it. I think this would have worked out better in the more active days. I don't know, just stuff I used to think about.
I wish we could still have big tournies. I know with school/work/life in general not many people will be able to. Maybe we could have this once the new smash bros is out. If a bunch of new people join, and old ones come back. Only time will tell.
Also I miss all of you.
