Hahaha. Thanks! Yes, I'm sad, been having a slew of bad luck lately.
Anyway, I'm not so sure but I heard that the two would be synched together. So you could bring Smash Bros out or keep it in and you'll still be able to fight people via online. Hopefully they'll improve this function and make Smash Bros a more regular thing to play.

Yeah, he mentioned that the two would work together. Hopefully there are no 3DS exclusive characters. And vice-versa.

Yeah, that would totally suck. My concern though is wouldn't Smash be too cramped on the 3DS? That's my biggest concern.

So Nintendo decided to break away from the 7-year-wait people were fearing we might have to endure due to the production gap between Melee and Brawl. Good news, to be sure! Naturally, I'm a little disappointed this will not be for the current Wii, since that means I'll need to purchase a whole new system... But I can't imagine just letting this game go by and not experiencing the sequel to SSBB with you all. My level of jubilant anticipation (while already pretty high) will depend on what we're shown of this game in the days to come. Nintendo's had a long enough time to know what their SSB gamers really want! Let's see if they've been paying any attention! I await Sakurai-sama's DOJO!! updates with an eager heart.  |

Yeah, Sakurai has to finish Kid Icarus yet, so it's kinda just like he's agreed his next job at this point, but anything to do with Super Smash Bros. 4 has yet to be decided.
I'm wondering if we'll see Zoroark replacing Lucario, if we'll see old cut characters making a return - and if Final Smash attacks will be dropped.
It might be better to just call this thread 'SSB4 (Wii U/3DS)'.

Either way, I doubt it will take a full 4 years and come to the 7! That is an interesting question about the Final Smash attacks...now I'm curious as well. With SSBB I've now become pretty used to them. |
