[3DS] Super Mario 3D Land

this game doesn't push it's 3D gimick as much as other Mario games pushed their own respective gimmicks, like galaxy pushed it's aspect of platforming in space and sunshine pushed it's aspect of F.L,U.D.D. It is going to sadden me that it didn't go the length to push the 3D illusions aspect of the game as much as the other games, but something tells me i will still enjoy it, and i will wait for the next Mario game to do what this didn't

I loved FLUDD. If i had to choose, I'd say i prefer the 3-dimensional games over the smw style ones. This will be an interesting mix, base don the trailers I've seen.

so I got this game. Its pretty good but other than the obvious 3D effects it doesnt push any boundaries Mario-wise. The first play through is little on the short side and levels are a bit linear but there are a lot of collectibles (3 star coins every level thing again) and a second quest where you can also unlock Luigi. Overall its the best reason to own a 3DS right now and it will be the 2nd best reason to own one after Dec 4th
