Dead or Alive: Dimensions, the Nintendo 3DS entry aka jiggly fighters is coming soon and made by Team Ninja, which made Metriod the Other M. This video shows Ridley and Samus. Currently it's unknown if either will be playable......
more will come once I have a bit more time and when rocky finished the chat.

EDIT 2:
As many of you weirdos may know, DoA was is a fighting game series known for it's jiggly unique physics engine. They have announced a "figure mode” like SSBB trophy mode. You can look at your items/characters with random angles in 3D. This mode allows 3D photos to be taken, where you can change up the background or get a certain camera position so you can veiw it in your 3D album.

The comfirmed characters since the last time i check were Brad Wong, Gen Fu, Jann Lee, Lei Fang, Tina, Eliot, La Mariposa and Kokoro.
I'm fairly certain there will b emany more.........

Everyone likes taking 3D pictures of manly ninjas!!!! as im sure thats what you'll all do.  Wink

Edit: done for coding.

It was said that Samus will not be playable, sadly.

I went ahead and fixed your coding, Tre. And moved this to the appropriate board.

Wow, that'd be so awesome if she made it in. That stage was just screaming for her inclusion. I hope that "disconfirming" isn't official...

Neither have I, but I think the 3DS version would be a good place to start. A definite buy for me :3

Yeah, you should probably start with the 3DS, then work your way through probably Dead or Alive 2 and 3, then leave 4 for last. That's the hardest game imo.
