If people have played the Tekken series, one of the thing about character selection is that some secret characters that are clones could be played through their default character. One of the more famous clones are Tiger, the clone of Eddy Gordo. Do you think it's possible that Smash could adopt that scheme and bring back characters like Dr. Mario, Pichu and the like? So instead of split characters in the select screen, they are just selectable characters through Mario and Pikachu. What do you guys think?

Ah! Finally somebody brought that up! I was thinking the same thing, they could do that with Dr. Mario, paper Mario, different Link masks (fierce diety), young link, Phazon Suit Samus and many more.

I was talking about this recently with my bro. Basically it's the same thing, but the different format would make them look more like "Costumes" then different characters (which would probably shut up a lot of the anti-clone guys, dispite it being no different)

for some reason i like seeing lots of characters. idk i guess its just a preference. some people might like to see 2 characters that hav the same mmove set...

i personally hate clones(i cant tell a lie) i belive that all characters should have thier own moves,not be slower or faster,stronger,weaker,or hurt themselves(pichu).thats just my opinion.

Does anybody think that Falco should be brought back as a "split-person" for Fox? Like you know if this actually does happen, maybe instead of pressing A to choose the character on the select screen, you press + or Start and get a different person or original clone?

Well...it pretty much depends on the clones. If it were Ganondorf...he shouldn't be a clone. Do you get it? Well clones are not actual copies so it's good to have some. I said some, not all!
