For those who don't know which legendaries are semi they are:
Articuno
Zapdos
Moltress
Suicune
Raikou
Entei
Regirock
Regice
Registeel
Regigigas
Cresselia
Shaymin
Uxie
Mesprit
Azelf
Jirachi
Tournament will take place at 8 PM east coast time
EDIT: I was also told that Garchomp is considered a pseudo-legendary so I guess he fits in the ''semi'' catagory.

Yeah I know but Alberto came up with the rules so its up to him to decide if he is semi or not. My brother and I came up with the term ''semi legendary'' as in legendaries that arent as powerful as the rest of the legendaries such as deoxys, mewtwo, kyogre, groudon etc. Oh, it's doubles...
