Based on us New Jersian's favorite rules, items, and stages in Brawl. I won't be joining obviously. I might not even be here on Friday to make it  |

2PM Pacific Standard Time. However, I should have called it PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) because of daylight savings. Anyway, that'd be 12AM Eastern European Summer Time for you. |

I like how you won the tournament you made and said you wouldn't even be in, Juan.  Also, I find it humorous that I entirely forgot about the tournament I was so careful to specify the time of, haha. At least I moseyed on into the chatroom when Juan was still waiting around for me. I will win next time! |

Alright guize. This is how we play Tourney numero dos. We pick an item representing a state or a country and make it themed around "It's a Small World" or some shit like that. As for Items, pick 2 for each state or country you're on. As for settings and other stuff like handicap, friendly fire, or whatever floats your boat, that's 1 for each person (take note that if you want the Tourney to be 3 stocked because it's your playing style from where you live, you can only select one item). Otherwise, it's either 2 items, 1 item and one stage of choice (you MUST leave only one stage in random stage select), or 1 item and 1 game mode setting.
I am obviously not going to make the tournament yet until there is a doable time where we can all meet up and play again.
Mandatory Items: Smash Balls (this one is automatically in)
For now, this is my New Jersian rule:
-Item: Dragoon
-Stage: Battle Ship Halberd
P.S. If more than one person from one country or state joins, feel free to add an "extra" rule to whom ever made their rule-list (i.e. Kevin makes Poke'balls an available item and picks Smashville as his stage, while Bryan joins and adds that there's a time-limit to the rule-setting).
