Yup. Her name is Ryougi Shiki, although her fans are ridiculously annoying. They over-exaggerate her capabilities, such as:

-Killing the concept of distance
-Willingly able to destroy the universe at will

Fucking ridiculous...And the creator himself says it's all just a boast.

Yep, the library is now ditched, unless I just say it's the "Library of Akasha" but I might wanna find a more original term than that. Yeah...2 whole years o.o;

Ah, I see. Well you may actually have an advantage with the Akashic Records already being a thing of legend. Often times you'll find that many myths and legends are based on real life things - something started them. You could easily claim that this library of yours is the source of the fabled Akashic Records. Doing so may add credibility to your story element.

That's what I've been thinking ever since I found out the Akashic Records is a legit reference and not something story-original from where she comes from. The Library can probably be a placeholder for a major story element indeed, but it still needs a name different than just "Library of" or even simply referring Akasha straight through. It should at least be known as something fantastical and not refer to it to something so "inferior" as a library. A library is not enough.
