Another Delay?

I found some info. saying that Brawl US release date has a likely chance of being delayed into March.
Here it is

If this is true this would be like the 5th or 6th delay.  I might just lose all hope if Brawl gets another delay, we've all waited so long.   

Could Brawl be delayed again and could this info. be correct?

Woah, I don't care to be truthful. It's better to be release March rather than February because I'll play in March anyway.

Meh, I remain skeptical.  I've spent enough time in the computer industry to know that half the time sales companies make up completely random dates on their pre-orders.

Still, later is a bit more unusual than earlier, so here's hoping that's not true.

Last time Sakurai announced a delay, he threw us Sonic.  Is Olimar his way of keeping us from lynching him over this delay?

I'm finding this article less believable as time goes on.  Why?  Because only RENTAL places have adjusted the date.  Everybody else, from Amazon to Bestbuy still has the original date.  Nobody has reported anything to IGN or any other location.  I think it's just that the rental places cannot get release dates, or else are deliberately delaying the date because the item is already rented through that time or something.  But if there truly was something going on, I think the titans would have heard about it.

It also says Wal Mart has changed thier release date. This last paragraph scares me.

I'm sceptical about a "trusted source who wishes to remain anonymous"  Sure it could be true, but it could be somebody who's just repeating gossip.  We have no idea who this guy is, or how reliable this information is.  It's not even from Nintendo it's from an Walmart, so we're really looking at I heard from a guy who works for a place which talks to Nintendo"

I'm not saying it's not true, I'm just not going to believe it until I hear it from a more citable source.

The game is supposed to come out in 2 weeks in japan, there wont be a delay. Also i have seen no where any delays posted or Sakuri saying sorry i f**ked up again, like he did before.

I find it hard to believe this article. I wa a little worried when i first read it but you guys need to start thinking about the evidence given to us. As most of you know Japan has already released TV spots for the game which would be a very strange move for Nintendo to do if they intend on releasing it in about 2 weeks. Also, last time they delayed it they gave us a 2 month warning (Oct. 10th) and on top of that they gave us a megaton announcment in the form of Sonic so i highly doubt Olimar is supposed to be the dam that holds the flood of bloodthirsty fans.

I understand that this is supposed to only pertain to the U.S. release date but i wonder if somewhere along the way information was mixed and this is intended to be the European release date? I'm just thinking that they would have said something by now on a shift in the release day, but more than anything else what in the world would cause yet another delay? It's not even a 2 month delay but is going to be about a month only. Sketchy if you ask me.
