How do you mean?

The forum clock is an hour ahead normal SP clock-time. Normal SP clock-time is 10 minutes behind. That makes it 50 minutes ahead right now.

The tourney clock automatically sets tourneys an hour ahead, so you have to set it an hour behind for it to be on time. If it's not on time, people will glance at the settings and mistake it for an hour later. And if it is on time, the forum clock will make it finalize 50 minutes earlier than when it says it will.

When it comes to posts, tourneys, and PMs, differing time settings can cause a great deal of confusion.
