i have decided that i don't have enough 2 player games and i'm having a hard time thinking of new ones to get .
please respond with any of your favorite 2 player games that have not already been mentioned .

Hmm well assuming we are only talking about the Wii here's a couple you might want to look at:
Mario Party 8
Guitar Hero 3-assuming you are able to get 2 guitars
Metal Slug Anthology-the game has about 7 or 8 Metal Slug games in it and is hard as hell but also very fun
Mario Strikers Charge-fun and competitive with a fun battle style

A lot of fighting games work. I think you'd do well with classics like Mortal Kombat, Marvel VS Capcom, Tekken, Soul Caliber and etc. But of course, I still consider SSB the best of them all.

for gamecube there is pikmin 2, mario kart:double dash, soul calibur 2
