And please, let's just end it here.  This is Dylan's thread.  He's probably already pissed-off an argument is taking place in an off-topic thread.  We have chat to tell each other off.  If anyone including I who posted that video wants to delete anything related to the argument, I'd be much obliged.  These stupid comments are wasting space in Dylan's thread.

Just because a character is on top of the tier list doesn't mean they are easy to use. I've seen many Ganondorf (bottom of tier list) obliterate the heck out of MK players. Weren't you the one who said tier lists don't matter? Now you're using the tier list to prove a point?

Careful examination of my arguments will show my opinion to be otherwise. I believe tiers exist, but at the same time I do not believe certain characters are "better" than others. In other words, if it could be measured, I believe that if two players entirely equal in skill with tier characters on the opposite ends of the spectrum, I do not think one would have a greater chance at coming out victorious. Like Juan said, tiers are about the "learning curve", as well as the initial ease of their move-set. This can differ from person to person, but in general this is the case. This concept allows for someone who mains Ganondorf (say, Ryan) to be a threat to someone who mains Falco (say, Pablo).

If you have difficulty against a certain character, it's only due to yourself. Likewise, if you're much-skilled with a certain character, you have only yourself to thank. Mastery goes beyond initial ease, but thorough comprehension of the game.

Now can we give it a rest. I feel that Juan felt that he was being ganged up on that's why he reacted so harshly. He may have started it but everyone that posted against Juan contributed the fuel to the flame. Like Rocky says, in a heated argument, you don't have the starter to blame, you have everyone who was arguing to blame.

I don't hear anyone here say shit about brawl except for you with shit like chain-grabs and edge guarding and "broken" characters. I don't even know what that stuff means. All I said was you shit on Meta-Knight and incredible brawl players like Cro but you hold Ike on the highest fuckin perdestal. Me be Ike vs. you being MK, that's all I said. Besides, have I ever complained in chat on my most recent experiences in Brawl, other than lag issues and parental interruption?  Sure, I complained here and there about those abusable tactics, but I don't say "Wtf Ryan!?  That was so cheap!"

Actually, when it comes to items, my friends and I pick 2 of our favorite items for a customized item match.  The very best matches are sudden deaths in custom stages

We should record our matches sometime.  They're hilariously epic.

Besides brawling online, I always play at Pablo's house every weekend.  I just don't go online cause I don't have Brawl anymore.

I took a bit of a hiatus due to difficult college schedules, but I still play when I get the chance and have the energy. I pretty much only play people online.

Once I get a TV in my room that works with my Wii I'll be playing a whole lot more.
