I bought melee within a month of it's release. Also I bought a N64 in its early years of life and my first game for it was Super Smash Bros. 64.  So unlike a lot of people here, im not just a fan since Brawl, i've been a smash fan my whole life. |

yeh, my bro first introduced me to smash when i was like 6 and i got hooked,and ever since then i've had it,up to this millisecond.you're right- not many people had seen smash 64 in its time.
woot,go purebloods!!(smash fans from the beginning)

Alot of people only have played Melee here? Didn't know that. Anyways, yeah got it about two months after release. My friends older brother had it and I was hooked. Link, Mario, Samus, and Kirby fighting each other, I was in heaven.

I have had SSB64 since it was released and i just recently got melee in like August. I was too busy playing SSB64 to get melee i guess |

I've never owned smash 64, but I used to play it continuously at a friend's house before Melee came out. That is, until he lost it.

Hmm...I wanted to vote but the year I bought it is not there...I bought it during the Philippine's summer (March-May) of 2002. That isn't in the choices so I can't vote. Could you fix this?
