lol it kinda is but you most probably get the idea after the first 2 minutes. He's basically installing a softmod on the wii. So what I wantewd to know exactly was.
-If I could still play online with the original games or the downloaded games without getting cought -What would happen if my wii broke and I had to send it to repairs -Would the wii brake more easily with this -What's the worse that can happen?

you can still play online without worry
performing this mod will void your warranty
the wii will not break more easily with this , and with hard drive support , you can avoid the disc read failures that will inevetably destroy your wii eventually
the worst thing that can happen is that your wii becomes permanently unusable if you do something wrong . that's why it's important to follow directions exactly from a reputable information source .
that's one of the reasons why i was offering council on this instead of sending people off to follow tutorials elsewhere . i have spent probably 100+ hours tinkering with this so i have a pretty good idea of how everything works .

So, I downloaded this Homebrew Channel, and I've been messing around with it, and it seems pretty neat. I have one particular question though. My cousin has the same thing, and he can upload games, like SNES, N64, NES, etc. to the Homebrew channel and play them from there. I downloaded the emulator, but it's the roms I'm having trouble with, getting them onto the channel. So how does one go about doing that?

you've run the emulators , right ? ok well each emulator will have a directory at the root of your sd card and the roms go in there . read the text file that comes as instructions with the emulator to see what directory is supposed to be named . sometimes you have to create the folder yourself .

Now Homebrew isn't working at all. Every time I try to load it up it says I can't find some files. I didn't do anything different with it, and I tried uninstalling it and installing it again. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
