Haha...yeah...there's no doubt of Zero's coolness. However, I highly doubt he'd be in if given the choice between he and Megaman. Megaman's much more of a mascot while Zero is a tertiary character from a spin off series. He could be a cool AT though, although it'd probably much more likely be Protoman as an AT.

It's a plausable list, but that's not that hard to do. The fact that there aren't any "Wasn't expecting him"s in the list leads me to believe it is fake.

This is how obsessed I am getting with watching the development of this game: I actually had a dream last night that Megaman was in the game. For some reason he was in 2D 16-bit graphics but it was still pretty good. Abe Lincoln and I had fun playing as him  Then I woke up. |

I have to say that it's definitley a fake but i dont see anything on the roster that came as a surprise to me. I mean, if i am looking at the list correctly Megaman is the only other 3rd party inclusion beside Snake and Sonic. Call me crazy but i know that wont be the extent of where the 3rd party characters go. I also think it's funny that people think Ridley would be a dumb PC, he's actually one of the names on the list that i agreed with. For the most part the list looks like it could be legit but there were one too many "huh?" characters and almost no "hot damn!!" characters.

Good Point Rocky. They could probably let Ridley be a smaller character than he is in many of the Metroid games. I mean...how many times over the last 23 years has Bowser changed size from absolutely enormous to near Super Mario-sized?

Sarcasm is a dangerous thing on the internet. I'm pretty sure he's joking. Are you joking about whether or not he's joking? But, yeah. Continuity is not the greatest priority in SSB. Make Ridley 7 ft or less? Sounds good. |
