I voted for good, not great.  I'm confident that the system will run smoothly and do what it needs to do, but the whole thing seems too limited.  No chat rooms, no online banter, no real online feel.  It'll be great for playing with friends, but I'm a bit disappointed with the "play with anybody" style.

I think its gonna be good but not great. I agree Im a bit disappointed with the play with anybody mode. It's too discreet. Like you said it doesn't have that online feel that im used. I guess the reason for this is Nintendo's approach in "shielding little kids online" which obviously if u are a teenager and older is a bunch of bull. Brawl is going to be given a T rating so.....

I say horrible.  I understand no leader boards or the like, I don't care too much about that.  What I do care about is no voice chat, at least with friends!  Come on Nintendo, give us as headset you paranoid (insert offensive word/name here)
Couldn't think of a good one.

I'll stay optimistic for the quality of the online experience but i can only hope for the best as opposed to what i think will be a so-so experience. Hell maybe one of the new updates will be a leaderboard announcement. It would just be really nice to see how we measure up to the rest of the Smash community around the globe. I love Xbox Live and the massive amount of options and bonus material that you can access and i'll be realistic and know that the Wii online capability wont be too deep. Though like i said we can only hope for the best and maybe be pleasantly surprised.

I'd have to be honest, I'm not all hyped up with this. I know what lags could do to destroy the experience. But the other wi-fi features seem fun!

i think it will be "ok" its just gonna be like fighting a normal match just with other people from around the world. The part that gets me excited is the mailing pics and vids to friends.

it'll be o.k. but not as good as xbox live. It is a free service after all. And it will most likely not have voice chat. So...idk. It'll be fun playing against the people on this site.
