Where is Sora and who are the Power Rangers..?

this link shows a kingdom hearts 3 trailer..now where the hell is sora and who are these power rangers using the keyblades...?

they are apparently called ven (small guy), terra (big guy), and aqua (blue haired girl). i have no idea who they are though.

im not so sure its the trailer for kh3. it might be the trailer for the upcoming psp game, kh:birth by sleep.

The trailer is for KH3, which is seperate from the off system games on the DS and the PSP (just like Chains of Memory)

Looks like this trailer takes place after some big war.  THe implication is that Mickey, Sora, and Rikku lost their lives, or were otherwise defeated, probably taking on the wielders of all those other key blades.

If it's anything like KH2, this scene will be revealed about 50% through the game and a lot less important than it looks.

i dont exactly agree with this.
birth by sleep, whos three characters are the ones in this trailer, supposedly takes place 10 years before kingdom hearts 1. so this probably happened before sora was the keyblade wielder.

also, i doubt sora would be killed. this is, after all, a disney related series.

An interesting point, although I'm not sure where it says that.  The fact that it has the three keyblades there, including Rikku's which I don't believe existed until KH2, implies that scene takes place after KH2.  Also in the extended trailer, Mickey shows up at the end with a different keyblade, also implying that.

Of course, time travel could be involved.

Chances are, it will all make sense in a way we never expected, just like from KH2 trailer.

I'm sure we're still going to be dealing with Disney.  Hmm, if it does take place 10 years in the past, then maybe we can see a bunch of pre-events in stuff, like Jafar getting his position as advisor.

thats a really good idea. it could be like all new stories from those various disney series.. i dunno though, if it is 10 years in the past it might be before the heartless, then that would mean it is before the ability to move between worlds... (maybe they are fighting on mickey's world? who knows..)

It was possible to travel between worlds before the heartless, just very hard.  Mickey actually visited Ansem before the barrier fell.

I heard that in the third game Sora is either not involved or you don't play as him.  I really can only pray this is true considering I have a PS3 and this would trully suck, maybe even to the point where I wouldn't buy.
