to recap, he'd need to be tweaked a little, as he'd still be wearing Luigi's overalls, but a black shirt on a black overalls would do it, gray gloves, an inverted L on a black circle, and finally a bit of a repait to give Luigi a mask.

I can imagine a dark mr. game & watch. he would have a bit jagged edges or he'd be a bit ripped up. he could have little black smog or mist coming off his body as if its evaporating. Mr. G & W also can use items that resembles the dark side like his bell could be replaced with a hatchet, his flags replaced with pitchfork. something more weapon-related.
