There's a funny thing about this election. Today, a guy from HoHoken University (or somethig like that) came to our English Class discussing about jobs and stuff. He brings up the whole McCain and Obama issue, and how some people are voting for "just because."
He said this: "Some people vote for Obama because
'he's gonna change, i duno what, but he's gona change something
' and others vote just because he's black"
"Some vote for McCain because
'he's old and has experience' but experience in what? And Palin, they vote for her because she's female."
I'm not being racist or sexist, but it's true.
Why do you vote for them? You have to have good enough knowledge of both, not just because
"it is." It's a matter of
how and
why.
