FIREFOX TO THE RESCUE (for animators)

hey guys (specifically DJ and David and John (maybe) and anyone who wants to run animations) Firefox has this thing that lets you use APNG so that you dont have to use GIF for your animations and so you can save the color and clarity of PNG. it is really helpful, but you can only view the APNG's if you have Firefox 3 (or above 3.0) as your browser, or i think opera 9.5 or above.

and you can ger opera browser here
but i would suggest getting FireFox. it has the word "fox" in it. 
i still dont know now to upload them yet...

edit: i found a webiste that lets you upload .apng format. and a bounch of others as well. so if you want touse .apng use this site

Woah, this is actually pretty cool but the only downside I see is that only people using Firefox3 would be able to see it. Unless we coerce everyone on the site to switch to Firefox3, people wouldn't see the animations. Btw, I love your new banner. Simple but effective!

yeah, but the upside to the downside is it shows it, but only the fist frame, which isn't that bad.
i bet david will like this as well, and EVERYONE GET FF3!!!

Oh, so if I plan to do the APNG, I might as well start with the last frame then work to the real first frame that I intend to working on to the last frame. Hey, nice idea. I'ma give it a shot.
