Part II. Why is it your favorite? How do you use it specifically to your advantage?
My favorite would be air dodging because it's really one of those ways that you can get to a new place safely without getting hit hard.
For the last choice, answer "How do you use dodges specifically to your advantage?"

Grah! I'm torn on this one. I use air dodging a lot because it can really save you. But my favorite would have to be the sidestep dodge. It's just feels great when you pull it off right. It looks coolest when you dodge Tabuu's Off Waves perfectly (it's hilarious with Sonic 'cause he looks like a ballet dancer or something. X3) or when you dodge something fast like Pikachu's Skull Bash or Pit's arrows. F-ing awesome. I wish I could do it again sometime soon...

Yeah, but I actually like roll dodging with Tabuu's Off waves. It's much easier to time. Or maybe sidestepping is much easier to plan. Idk. Sidestepping does look cool but I find that you really need precise timing like with the perfect shield.

I mainly roll dodge, but only because I'm not used to any of the others (except air dodging). I don't have the timing for perfect shielding

I just roll dodge if it's one-on-one (if it's more i just try to lure one person to me and attack that person) (it usually just brings everyone to me though....)

I chose Side-Stepping. I love using that technique. Not only does it work wonderfully for many scenarios, but it also looks cool. My second favorite to use is Rolling. It feels great to dodge incoming attacks in such a manner. As I do not play SSBB professionally, I have not yet mastered Perfect Shield. Whenever I pull it off, its normally by accident. With regards to how I specifically use dodging to my advantage... when I'm being assaulted by an opponent, it works well to provoke and dodge a laggy attack and strike while the opponent is still recovering from their action. It also works well to rack up multiple opponent percentage. One thing I like to do is provoke an attack while I'm in between multiple opponents and dodge. This works good for projectiles in particular. Other techniques pertain more to recovering - like dodging projectiles and provoking premature attacks to allow for safe landing. I love dodging in general. Its cool, its effective, and its fun.

I'm bad at all of these. Favorite'd prob. be Perfect Shield if I could pull it off at will. I have a habit of , when roll dodging , feeling the need to roll ALL THE WAY to the edge of the stage . I'm really really bad in the air, and with timing in general .

Honestly, I like air dodging the most because if you're fighting you're way back to the stage after being sent flying, it is best to keep the dodge handy. Especially if you're fighting players who love using projectiles and item chucking, it gives a big advantage. It is a bit tricky to pull off though when fighting a Zelda on wi-fi...

Yeah, I noticed that, that is the added bonus of air dodging, you do get any item chucked at you! I got somewhat proficient at it that I could usually catch them.

although i use rolling more, i love air dodging because you can catch items if you time it right and imeadiatlyey throw them at your enemy. and usually they dont expect it.
