in a menubar at the top right corner of the existing topics list , there is a button that says "post new poll" . click that .

Same...animations are gif files...well unless you're talking about flash, it's a different code. You actually can't embed flash. I'm not sure about videos. But animated pictures aka gif files are allowed. |
