I'm not so sure but that's supposed to be Zelda's Lullabye. Now if ever you hear a similarity, that's because koji kondo recycles some of his old music to make new ones.

I know it's Zelda's Lulaby but if you ignore the main tune and listen to the background music it sounds very reminiscent of the music played at Dragon Roost Island.

Ah, it's a mix...what would you expect. Koji Kondo will always use some blending effects that come from the same series.
