Mario Kart Shortcuts

I think a lot of us have Mario Kart by now so I thought I'd start this thread.

It's really because I stumbled across these two videos at the dreaded ign:

I knew of most of those before, thanks to downloadable world record ghost datas. Some of those are pretty awesome though - especially the ones on the retro Bowser's Castle tracks and the Grumble Volcano one... And the blue shell dodging I accidentally did once by hitting a mushroom someone had dropped on the track... I wonder if it works with boost pads instead of mushrooms. If it did, that could be really useful...

I found a lot of those already but there were some I really never knew like the Mushroom Gorge and Maple Treeway. A lot of which were taught by those staff ghosts like Zeus. HAHA. I just had to revive this.
