download kirby's adventure (NES) DND, its much better than the crap u played imo. and cheaper. and cooler.

I may try another Kirby game eventually - a number of you have suggested the earlier Kirby games are better.

I would also recommend Super Metroid - the only reason I don't have it on the VC is because I've played it so much in the past I know it inside out by now.

kirby's adventure , kirby's dream land 3 , and one portion of kirby super star are essentially the same , but with different graphics .

all of them are pretty good .

Sorry but I played a lot of games with emulators on the PC and they work perfectly u just need the right one and set it right. I have all nes and snes games on the pc plus a few rpgs  on PSX. And if u cant play with the keyboard u can  by a controller for pc or a joystick.

Now
-Super Metroid     9.5/10 (snes) Very nice game and ridley is in this one

-TMNT                9/10 (nes I bought it on the vc) I loved this one

-Bubble Bubble     9/10 (nes) for the gameplay only

-Doubledragon 3   8/10 (nes) This one is a hard one and u get to try different characters

-Zelda                6/10 (nes) A classic but doesnt worth it

-Zelda II             9/10 (nes) Very different indeed, action RPG, but I love it

-Mario bros 3       9.5/10 (nes) Really nice one classic

-Mario bros 2       8/10 (nes) Probably the most different but still not bad

-Mario World        9/10 (snes) Great game too kinda like MB3 type

I need to check what else there is in VC

no , because nintendo has a clue as to how things work , unlike the unexperienced crew of college undergraduates who built your emaulator , such that samus always walks toward the left when you play super metroid .

So basically I'm saying DON'T DOWNLOAD KIRBY AND THE CRYSTAL SHARDS because it sucks - or does anyone out there disagree?

I can't believe you didn't like crystal of shards.  Embarrassed I admit it was pretty easy to go through. I beat it with a friend in like 5 hours. But I remember playing that game when I was younger and having the time of my life. Took me forever to beat cause I couldn't figure out how to get all those stupid shards. But I agree with you in the sense that it's way to short, but I thought it was still pretty fun.

The other one I downloaded was Double Dungeons. It sucks. It's the same scenario every time, except the mazes get even more confusing. I played it with a friend for about 5 hours one time, and we did 2 whole mazes. It wasn't that exciting. 3/10

i fixed that problem by taking advantage of target's exchange policy

Don't know where else to put this.

Chrono Trigger now available on Virtual Console. Nice.

Yep, got it yesterday Grin!  Now to play it for the first time.  Here's hoping it's as awesome as Chrono Cross!
