There is supposedly a Castlevania game in development for the Wii so I agree with Rocky that the red moon could signify that.  I also heard speculation about the next Starfox game.  They did say that the answer was hidden in the image of the moon so I've been looking around but haven't found anything. 

Completely unrelated but I thought I'd post it anyway:  speaking of rumors there is supposedly a Kid Icarus Wii game indevelopment.  Factor 5's name has been mentioned in this rumor several times.  Yes this is kind of old but I thought since we were all throwing rumors out there I might as well.

it looks like there's symbols shaped like little question marks all over it, noticeably in the bottom of the moon if you look closely

Looking at Lucas's icon from brawl and the red moon, it looks like there is a resemblence. Earthbound!!!! Although I did hear another Castlevania was being made for DS, I've never played Castlevania, so I'm hoping for another Earthbound.

some guy in a wii forum is saying that if you look at the middle and to the right that you can see a man with his arms stretched out, and next to that is a triforce.... so LoZ is a possibility

I could also see Olimar, and maybe an Ar-wing...so...LoZ, Pikmin, or Starfox!
