We typically wait 15 to 20 minutes for contestants to show up for their matches.
And we make a lot of effort to make sure people know about the tourneys. If someone's in the chatroom and it's their match, they'd have to physically be in another room for them to not be informed in time. If they're not in the chatroom but in the forum, we PM them.
