The last few days I have been searching around BC. One thing that got my attention were the clan wars that they had. This is how it worked:
_________________________________________________________________________________________________

Here is your chance to unite with the friends you've made here on the Clan Underground and show everyone what your clan is made of. This will be like no other Smash competition you've encountered. This is a test of skill yes... but more importantly teamwork and the bond you share with your friends. Up until now, training and clan tournaments have had no purpose other than to entertain and possible award in clan points...

HOWEVER... This Clan War will instill a point system universal to all clans.
What points are these?

CLAN COINS

Battle Coins

These coins are the main form of Currency. These are awarded for basic matches between clans. Solo Matches if you will.
There will be a Ranking based on these.

Valor Coins

Every clan receives a valor coin when they participate in a Official Clan War Match regardless of the result.
These are worth 10 Battle coins, and must be converted to be spent.
This will also have a Ranking.

Teamwork Coins

Each Official Clan Match rewards 1 Teamwork Coin. 1 Team work coin can be converted to 100 Battle coins.
This will have its own Ranking as well.

Rules:
- Intensional forgery of coins results in expulsion from the clan war league for a month.
- All Valor and Teamwork Coins are converted to Battle coins at the end of each month
- All matches must be reported
- All participating clans must keep a record of their Coins

~All-stars~

These are awarded to clans at the top of each Leaderboard each month. These cannot be spent and they should be displayed on your clans first page for all to see. These are the ultimate symbols of glory.

Battle coins do not only determine Ranking but also can be spent on privileges.

HOME STAGES
Allows your clan to choose this stage rather than random.
Cost: 1000 Battle Coins per stage

CLAN ITEMS
Allows your clan to turn on/ off the purchased item in the item switch
Cost: 100 Battle Coins per regular Item, 500 for Smashball, Assist Trophy, Pokeball, Starman, Golden Hammer, and Dragoon Parts

- More to be added-

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT FOR OFFICIAL MATCHES
- 4 members per clan, a total of 8 fighters
- Matches of 2 VS 2 Team matches
- Stock MAX: 6 MIN: 3
- Item Switch MED / NONE both clans must agree, if they disagree they are automatically On but on Low
> Clans with CLAN ITEMS can turn all items off but the ones that they own
- Stage: Random or a Homestage if purchased

Set up:
EX :AETHERCIDE VS. K.I.N.G.S
Team K.I.N.G.S: CO18 and CO19, CO20 and Bob
Team Aethercide: Matt and Chris, Ike and Roy

Round 1:

Meh seems to complicated.  While it is neat, our casual play systems don't really have a need for something so structured.

i don't expect i'll be doing much more work on the website unless we suddenly get a lot more members . you guys are great , but considering how much work i've already done and also the fact that i'm still losing money , i'm starting to view this place more as a casual hangout than a venture .

I don't really get this. So they have to pay in order to use items during there matches...?

The whole coin thing is retarded. I like what we have here better, even if we don't really "use" clans.

You're still losing money on this?  Crap.  I guess we should do some more advertising.  And yeah, do as much, or little, work on the site as you want.

I find this system a little bit too complex. Why do we need such a system when good ol' Brawling is what we need?
