Who thinks waluigi will be in brawl?

Yeah...he only played in party games and sport spin-offs. He doesn't really have a good background yet.

Well, he does have a villianous role in Mario's DDR game.  I think, given his nature, it wouldn't be hard to pull together a combo set off of his various apperances, but I agree he doesn't really have enough street cred to get a character.

He'd make a good AT.  An idea I like (because it's different than most ones out there) is that he starts dancing and DDR arrows start scrolling up the screen, acting as platforms that can lift opponents off  the screen.

Another interesting idea, given his leaching qualities, is to have him randomly immitate another AT (kind of like Clefairy did in the first game)

Lmao DDR arrows of death. That would definitley put a different spin on an AT, i guess if you are fighting in an enclosed space when that happens you just hit the ceiling and take big damage.

I've given my reason why i don't think Waluigi should get in, i can maybe see something for him in the next SSB game but i dont want to see a quarter of the roster Mario characters and then Waluigi taking up a valuable spot that could have been offered to somone else. So help me if they were to switch out Ridley with Waluigi. Though no worries, it will never happen... *knocks on wood*

they better make ridly playable... If they don't im gunna be pissed he would make an amazing character. He could be like charazard(weight class and gliding ability). The better not just settle for him as a AT or boss battle in SE.

I'd like Waluigi to be in and hopefully Nintendo makes him one of the best characters to use so people would finally see through Waluigi and see his potential.

if hes in chances are all of his A moves would be strong. He would probably have super long forward A considering his long lanky legs. I have a feeling if he is in he would be on the slow side. I guess he could throw bomb-ombs one of his b moves sort of like how snake throws grenaids or how king ddd throws waddle dees. It could work i think.

Piranha Plants instead of Bob-ombs since PP are Waluigi's preferences. I think he will be a quick character since he is fast in Super Mario Strikers Charged

oh yeah i forgot about strikers. I wonder how they would work him out. I guess he could be same sort of weight class as marth was in melee. It would be an interesting fight wario against waluigi. Both would have very strange move sets. Lanky waluigi vs Fat Wario. Event mode maybe? Or even 2v2 Mario + Luigi vs Wario + Waluigi. Good events could be made easily if he were in. I think nintendo could come up with a unique moveset for him, after all they did manage to make one for captain falcon.

While i personally hope he doesn't get on the playing roster, the #1 argument that i see would be simply that Wario is in. I understand that Wario has a much, much larger resume and better gaming appearances than Waluigi by a mile but having an "evil version" of Luigi may be enough of an influence because of Wario being there for Mario. I can see them figuring, "Hell we have Wario in there, lets go ahead and toss Waluigi in there too." Though imo if Waluigi was going to be announced i think they would have done it already on the Dojo site. Why put Wario on the roster and make the less popular Waluigi an unlockable?

I think that was just an unfortunate set of circumstances that all took effect at the same time. Pichu was no doubt a last second addition to the roster and Pichu still has a following of fans but i wonder if the design team had any idea Pichu would be so feverently hated amongst many players. Also Pikachu was already a main roster fighter in the 64 version before melee so no real reason to make him unlockable and have Pichu on the roster. Pichu was an easy way of putting another character into the game that fans of pokemon might like and took little effort tweaking any of the attributes on the movesets. Anyway it would have had a better effect if they would have kept both Wario and Waluigi as unlockable instead of one. Waluigi could have made more sense as an opening roster fighter but he's not so all in all i dont see Mr. W being playable.

you guys only hate pichu because it hurts your pride when he beats the crap out of you . if he's in the new game , i will personally beat each of you like a red-headed stepchild 1 time with pichu just to get it out of your system .
