Yoshi...where is his representation

ok so Yoshi has his own logo in smash cause hes cool enough obviously but how come he doesnt have anybody else in his group?

If you think he deserves some rep who do you think should be part of his franchise and why?

to start off i would say baby yoshi because you could carry babymario and if youve played the DS game Baby DK baby Wario and baby Peach.  If you had the stork in the background like the pkmn trainer you could have alot of different special moves given that each of the babies can do different things with yoshi as a combo. 

I jus think that idea is awesome all by itself but what do u guys think and who else could be from Yoshis games that could go into brawl

well the only character i can think of to represent the yoshi franchise is kamek, but he is better off as an AT

Personally I like yoshi, he will probably be one of the characters I frequently use in smash. Yeah he has his own symbol but that doesn't mean imo he is classified differently from mario, luigi, peach, wario, and bowser. While i'm not opposed to more characters, I do think that there is no chance of that happening. Yoshi has all the rep he is probably gonna get.

Yea as much as i love Yoshi i see no excuse to make room for another rep from his own franchise. I still see too much Mario in him and i really don't want anymore Mario reps of any kind making an appearance in the game aside from AT's.

good call fallen! go away mushroom kingdom. im against the baby mushroom kingdom so baby yoshi (are the yoshis even a babies in those games?) il have to say is the same with me, but i agree.. if yoshi represents 'yoshi's story' they should make another f*ing adventure yoshi-only game for wii, id love that! yoshi galaxy story! haha bring back shuy guys and pak-e-derms and big fish with one tooth that kill u heaps!.. and also those baby mario+yoshi games are really another mario title and the stalk was kinda more relevant to baby mario that yoshi....

i guess birdos not reali form yoshi but she fires eggs so they could promise shel b in the next yoshi game and give her the yoshi symbol. other than that i dont think anyone apart from baby bowser is big enough from yoshis story and hes been in far more mario games. i think its just sad that the mario franchise has eaten the yoshi one.. yoshis just mario's bitch now ='(

Actually, i'm not 100% sure about this or not but i heard Birdo was a guy! Yes i know scandalous and shocking, i'll try to find where i found out about it but if it's true...whatever you do, don't drop the eggs Yoshi!

are you confusing baby bowser with bowser jr.cause they are 2 differeent characters ie one is the son of Bowser and one is Bowser when he was younger

but yeah i get your point i just see alot of potential with the slightly different yoshi type games

yoshi games are spin-offs of mario games . you don't need to go creating spin-offs of a spin-off .

altough yoshi has his own symbol, he has more represenatives. mario, peach, bowser, dk, diddy, yoshi, and wario can all be considered mario characters. sure they have there own games, but they all started out with mushroom kingom characters and apperar in spin off with them like strikers, kart, super star baseball, ect. so i think thats enough mario represenatives. and bowser jr. is the same as baby bowser. bowser jr. has many names= prince bowser, baby bowser, kid bowser, and bowser jr. jumpman and mario are the same exact thing basiclly. mario is just a diffrent name of jumpman. more examples are=king koopa=bowser, and toad=toadstool

Yeah, Yoshi doesn't need any more characters. And wasn't Birdo originally from a Mario game (the one set in Subcon)?

no baby bowser is different from bowser jr like i expalined earlier and the proff of this other that wikipedia which explains it better is that the supermario 2 game is when mario is young ie a baby so bowser is young ie a baby and later when bowser is all growed up he has a a kid well not those other 7 but his 8th kid bowser jr.
