In what order do you think a Tier list for Brawl Will be?

not really . you just run up an punch her in the face . everyone that overuses that move sucks with zelda anyway .

It is, but it's pretty easy to dodge if you see it coming as well. And honestly, it's not like the move is unstoppable. An easy perfect shield or air dodge usually does the trick. There are cheaper moves than Din's Fire. But yes, it can be really cheap against those who don't know to fend off it.

Oh I didn't notice. I do want to know how the heck they've measured these things given that most of the other Brawl groups play with no items, safe stages.
