yeah, I suppose it is kind of.
But I vote on Sonic, Pit, Zelda/Sheik (if he/she is in), Mario, and Metaknight. (and Zero if he's in )

ok . here's the new policy :

anyone that wants to make a new banner can make one . banners must follow certain guidelines .
a person submitting their own banner needs to make a poll , which must also folllow certain guidelines .
every banner must be up for at least a week before someone else attempts to change it .



image guidelines :

• image must be a jpeg with dimensions 720 x 80 .
• images must containt the words "smash power" in a large size font .
• images must contain no other text .
• images may not contain nudity or content unsuitable for the general public
• image may contain your own artwork or photographs , as well as images found on the internet . if the original artist of any imges you used complains to me that you used those images without permission , your banner will be taken down . if no one complains , i will assume you are using all images legally .

poll guidelines:

• the poll must be created in the Website Development forum .
• the poll must be set to expire after 7 days .
• the subject of the poll must clearly state that the poll is to vote for a new banner . the subject must also include the expiration date of the poll .
• the poll must contain no more than 4 options . the banner for each option must be displayed in the first post . the firs option must be the current banner . you may propose up to 3 new banners , but statistically , you will have a better chance of winning if you only include one .
• the poll must allow 1 maxium vote per user .
• you must not allow users to change votes .
• you must choose to show the results only after the poll has expired .
• you may not change or swap any images once the poll has been created
