It is a fish pokémon called Relicanth, viewed from the side.

Is this the right way? I haven't played that game in years 1)Have a Wailord first in your party and a Relicanth last 2)Dive down in the place with the sea currents and use dig on the doorway 3)Read the text and the 3 doors will open |

If I'm not mistaken, yes! That sea currents dive spot is hard to find though. |
