This is an example tournament to demonstrate how a Doubles tournament can be created . The tournament has been set to start at 5:30PM EST on march 10th . Additional rounds will begin every 24 hours .
This type of schedule is good for people who don't have too much time to spend playing , but maybe they just like to wind down from a long day of work by joining a partner and beating the crap out of someone . With the interval set at 24 hours , one match will be played every day and always at the same time of day .
Click on any icon in the ladder display to show the details for that player in that round .
Notice the coins on the right side of each ladder tile that shows what place was won , and also notice the arrows that indicate where the next battle is displayed . If either partner won 1st place in a round , then both partners will continue to the next round .
This tournament is shown in a completed state , but all tournaments will automatically fill in the details of the tournament ladder as the results of individual matches are recorded .
Tournaments can be constructed with a varity of shapes , sizes , and rules . This is just one of many possibilities .

Just to clear things up, these tournys aren't happening. The dates are lying to you. These are just to show what a tourny would be like. None of these tropheys that were given to you by this tourney are real.
(it took me awhile to understand this)
Nice set up Rocky BTW.

Just kind of confusing. Anyway, I noticed Rocky that you're not using my thumbnails that I copied to look like the ones in the DOJO. Just look at the background you implemented and compare it with other characters. Anyway, I think this works well!

Oh you're talking about the profile pics. Yes, I used the profile pics as well and yes, I make my resolution 72, quality rating of 12/12 so they are of higher quality than DOJO pics. And like I said, the background you implemented is wrong for the thumbnails. I'll gladly do the Zelda/Sheik and Samus/Zamus ones.  |

Maybe I missed something, but I'm not really sure why people are confused by this. I believe I understood it and can follow it.
This seems like a lot of fun, and since I think DBL battles are more fun than Singles, this might be nice. That's all I can really say.
The one thing I'm not sure of are the revolving coins

if you read what Rocky had to say then you'd see him say this: "Notice the coins on the right side of each ladder tile that shows what place was won". meaning it shows 1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th placings. a very helpful lil feature if you ask me.  |
