That's a sweet assortment of items Cheesy. I hadn't seen the hothead yet...sounds like a good choice for inclusion. Its to bad the red shell is gone. It was in all the prequels. But it does look like the hotheads may be even better.

I think so. I remember having a lot of fun bombarding people with several at a time.

i like how they took a retro approach with the design of the Fire Flower and Bob-omb, and i see they also used the ssb64 model for the beam sword

wow! i really liked this hearty update! thats a lot of items, and they seem to have a nice variety of effects too. the only thing they'd be able to do better with would be the game variation on which the items come from. NOT ENOUGH L.o.Z REPRESENTATION!

I thought this would be a boring update, but it's actually really cool.  This kind of marks a transfer from the preview site that the Dojo has been to the Smash info site that it will probably become after the game is released in the U.S.

I think not. The transition started on Feb. 1 when Ness came out. Sakurai already informed us that DOJO will become more of a guidebook for us. Notice how each hidden character uses "tips" now instead of "special moves?" Most probably, we'll sooner or later get the lists of event matches, classic mode stages, pokémon, ats and etc.

Ahh...that is true, I forgot about what he said when Ness was released.

I really like the lightning and timer items.  Both could be very deadly.
