then you post it in vid code

take out the astericks and then you get this

i was considering to allow general shockwave flash embedding , but some of those are really annoying . by allowing only youtube videos in a pre-formed embed object , we have the following benefits .

* none of the videos will autoplay . this means that you will never get busted at work or by your parents when you accidentally open a page with a video of pikachu screaming .

* content is moderated . since youtube doesn't allow nudity or various other questionable material , we won't have to worry about some clown signing up and spamming the website with gay porn , etc .

*it's easier to use .


that's about it . try to be considerate of the space that these videos take up on the screen . you don't need to wuote someone's video if it's still on the same page and it's obvious that you're making a reference to it . cut the [vid] part out of your quotation so that the rest of us don't have to scroll through so many duplicate videos .
