I will tackle these in the order that you've listed them in, so here goes:
Zelda: I think that her Final Smash will involve her Triforce of Wisdom in some way, in the same way Link's Final Smash uses his Triforce of Courage. Really, I feel that her FS will be some kind of devastating magic, either raining down from the sky or an energy explosion of sorts. I honestly can't think of anything else for her, so feel free to give your opinions on the matter.
Wario: It seems fairly easy to figure out his Final Smash. I really think that the "Atomic Fart" that he uses in the first video will be his Final Smash. If not, then it will be some other wacky and off-the-wall thing coming inspired by his WarioWare games.
Snake: I'm actually unfamiliar with Snake, so I can't really think of a special one for him. However, personally, I think it would be something like a rocket launcher barrage or some other kind of all-out assault with him.
Lucas: I've never heard anything about Mother 3, so again, I can't really think of one for him. But, if I had to give my best shot, I would guess it would be his most powerful PK Spell, whatever it may be, and greatly intensify that move for greater damage, like Ike's Great Aether.
King Dedede: I haven't played many Kirby games, but I will still take a stab at this one. My guess is that King Dedede will use his mining cart and barrel in from the sides of the screen a few times at breakneck speeds. Otherwise, it could be a greatly enhanced Super Dedede Jump.
