I thought Luigi's FS just slowed time, but the random effects are pretty cool. Luigi seems overall imporved now too to kinda make up for him being a half-clone now.
I like the random effects it is awesome that they made him a more interesting charcter. I loved playing Luigi during Melee and I know I am going to have so much fun playing him in Brawl! |
