Here you can discuss optional posting rules!  And I will type here the most common rules.
So far:
Hidden Characters:
1) We set up a spoiler free guide to unlock characters and stages.
2) We don't mention "hidden characters" in the topics of posts.  Instead, we refer to them by their chart position
3) We mark any post talking about a hidden character with a spoiler tag
4) About 1-2 months into the process, it is assumed common knowledge and the entire practice of protecting identities is scrapped

The spoiler free forum would be a place to put strategies into getting a new character. The title of the topic would be something like: New ________(Stage/Character/Mode) encountered/obtained by __________. For example: New Character encountered by beating Classic at any difficulty. Then you can just talk about tips and tricks to others like: New Stage obtained by beating all 5 break the targets with all starter characters. Then you can list in depth your strategies.

The character/stage reveal forum would be for people who can't stand to know what would be coming of course. But other than that, it could just show FIRST IMPRESSIONS of handling the new character. Does he move well? How good does his revamped facade look? Don't the costumes seem_____? and the like! (dcmjlive)

I propose the following rules regarding new charactesr.  This way we don't discourage people from reading the website (in fear of spoilers) at the same time not discouraging people from contributing (in fear of leaking spoilers)

(note: I'm not in any official position to this, I just think this is a fair way to keep things civil without chasing people off)

love it, love it. i think spoilerless unlocks should be an option of its own on the main forums page. make it at least 3 months before u scrap the whole thing (because the whole world doesnt get smash on feb 10th!) and not meaning to brag but i kindo brought up the whole spoilerless thing itd suck so bad if by the time it got to NZ (hopefully within the same month)  evryone was all like "yay have you unlocked jack sparrow yet? yeh! didnt see him coming! bwahaha" ajax goes *bang* suicide.

Hmm...I made an earlier proposition...on a different forum. This is supposed to be tackled on unlockables. I proposed having a Spoiler-free forum and a Reveal forum.

So why have these?
