No, the existence of clones is already a spoiler. So by saying your character is not a clone, you make it official that there are clones in Brawl.

EDIT: And besides, people can easily figure out that Falco is your character and if you say "My character is not a clone," you not only confirm the existence of clones but also the existence of Falco. HAHA.

Yeah true.. but it says *Spoiler* right in the title. And before you click it, its called *Character Spoiler*... so you cant even see the whole "My Character is not a Clone" part.

Hmm, no...the title is still a spoiler. Even before clicking it, you are aware of the spoiler, that Falco is in the game and you're trying to prove he's a clone. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what your title means. Look at how Zeratul edited his Luigi thread title as reference.
