In melee we were treated to Mr. game and watch as the final character that made most say WTF?? SOo in Brawl we are given wolf as a WTF character.The problem is it wasnt a WTF?? who is this WTF, it more of a WTF is this bullshit??!!! To end the roster at wolf is a sham, there are sooooo many more deserving PCs out there........

And oh yeah, I just received confirmation that the roster CAN STILL grow. The complete picture didn't read that all characters are unlocked. Here's the translation from a guy in wikipedia:
Literally: "My Character has become able to serve! His true strength is in his body!"
And here's the spoiler, you get Wolf after completing All-Star mode. I'm guessing the complete could mean two things, you finished all-star mode OR you did complete the roster. We just aren't so sure.

tht is kick anus right there tht also means we get all-star mode. u kno u gota wonder wut game modes sakurai didnt tell us like those annoying but helpful ones after like 4983 matches |

i doubt he's the last character even if it says complete it could mean the last stage complete with sse or something else and if it is that is a horrible amount of characters and sakurai has failed me but i highly doubt that so get ready for ridley!!!!  |
