maybe a stage where the water rises and falls like the metriod level? Any disadvantage charizard gets from water would be fixed by the advantage squitle would get. same with mario (worse fireballs, better FLUDD) dont know about bowser though.

Well, In the Summit stage, if you are standing on shallow water and on the edge you will be immediatly be swallowed by the baloon fighter fish. But in other stages like delfino Isle and other stages that supply a plentiful of water, you will swim for 5 secs then lose a life.
