I just got my Wii a few days ago, and I'm curious to know on how to set the online settings (sorry if I have been living under a rock) assuming I have a router.  Can anybody give me specific instructions to setting this up (from Wii address-Wii Friend Codes)?

It's REALLY easy.  Pretty much you go to the setup menu, go to internet options (second page of settings I believe???)  Then go to a connection and select wired or wireless and do a connection test.  Oh, your router has to be transmitting on channel 1 or 11 to interact with the Wii (ugh...annoying) but the way to set that up varies by router so you'll have to figure that one out on your own.

"Pay through the nose"?  Dude I remember when these games used to cost 50 bucks.
HAHA! I remember paying that for Ninja Gaiden 2 when i came out at toys r us lol
but $5 quite expensive for a NES game on the VC considering that if you owned one, you paid that for a pack of eReader cards with at least 1 game... and you could buy most of the games for less than $2 at gamestop

If you're buying them, then you are paying through the nose in the UK, as most of these NES games work out at about £7 (US$14) a pop.

OUCH!! seems a bit excessive consider its a digital download! my sympathies  Cry
