How odd.... I'm certain our last discussion was prior to his characters. If it was and his intention was to actually add his character, then I probably didn't assume that was the idea. If it is one of his OCs, he may need to have second-thoughts and think it through because it would be a waste if he wanted to do something similar to how you submitted Daniel Kaylar, Tots with Carc, Dan with Daemon, and John with Jack. I'm not quite sure, but if he did, ask him where and when so I can read it.
Done. He said he just sent you a note. Hmm, so what exactly is becoming of these "crossover" characters, anyway? |

Good. I received it. I still have them, though I'm not sure about John's characters anymore. Since he's gone, I can't use them anymore (plus there's not enough story behind them). |

A good friend of mine over at deviantART offered to draw my character, and he just finished so here are some links! Due to miscommunication, Charlie's hair was yet again done incorrectly (my luck with his hair is really something  ), to the point where in thumbnail form it looks like he might have an afro (*cough*) but everything else more than makes up for it.  This guy is one of the best traditional artists I've seen out there, both in art and in character, so I strongly recommend you give him a +Watch if have an account. I got your afro comment because it does at first look like one. But upon close inspection, the hair was just a tad too bushy making the curly locks of Charlie look more like an afro head. I'd call it creative license rather than a mistake though. |

Yeah, the whole head looks to Donkey Kong-like. Other than that, the body was drawn really well.  Haha@ Donkey Kong-like. I like the face though. It portrays a good level of seriousness. Yeah, I like the rest of the body. I'm glad you found someone to do the eyes right Now I just need to copy and paste it onto my own.

In other news, Juan, I've begun working on a new original series. This involves Co2100 because I'm moving Daniel Kaylar and his group from the Mega Man universe into this series. I found myself far too limited by the Mega Man universe for my imagination, and found my addition of characters and concepts to be too foreign and out-of-place - trying to fashion and mold them into the MM world has proven to be a difficult and conceptually injurious task. It's resulted in a merge unfaithful to my ideas.
Simply put, the way I envision Daniel, his technology, his story elements, they simply don't belong in MMUC. Removing his division will produce a truer MM tribute, and a truer non-MM creation.
Thoughts, comments?

Wow.... You know, I've always wondered why you never continued that series, but sure, I'll still accept Daniel Kaylar. In fact, I spoke with John (z3r0t0lerance) yesterday and he wants Ziro to be reincluded as an official addition. I'd love to see how Daniel will function in 2100 |
