Miyamoto. Really... he's freaking Miyamoto. His name has become practically a synonym for video-game genius. Iwata is a sharp businessman, and Sakurai is brilliant himself... but comparing Iawata and Sakurai to Miyamoto is like comparing a playwright to William Shakespeare. It just ain't fair.
Take Miyamoto out of the picture, and I'd say Sakurai.
EDIT: In a fight? No idea. I'm sticking with my guns here, though.

I actually think Iwata would win because he's the boss. He could ask Miyamoto and Sakurai to let him win, and they can't disagree because he's older. HAHA. But if ever it was based on skill, I'd have to say Sakurai because he's the youngest. He'll have more motorability as compared to the 2.
